Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as preparing and submitting reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Service Management: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and services meet Papa John's Pizza's high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
