**WARRANTY TECHNICIAN**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct Pre and Post possession inspections with customer present
- Communicate effectively with customers and trades on additional concerns, schedule warranty/trade repairs
- Establish positive working relationships with customers and trades
- Manage complex schedules on various projects while working with our trades to ensure best practices
- Complete site safety and company vehicle inspections
- Ability to perform minor repairs and coordinate with trades for all other repairs
- Display accountability from beginning to completion

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be well organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of the Morrison product, confidently convey to customers and trades
- Be a problem solver, independent worker, as well as a team player
- Work closely with the warranty coordinator and warranty team
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with in person customer service a must
- Experience utilizing software such as Punch List Manager is an asset
- 3 or more years of proven Site Superintendent /Warranty Technician experience in the residential construction industry is an asset
- Able to provide a clean driver’s abstract.
