**Department Overview**
- The Personal Banking Delivery Excellence (PBDE) team is responsible for enabling branch banking through colleague capabilities, customer experience, advice tools/programs, and operational excellence. Within PBDE, the Customer Advice and Colleague Capabilities (CACC) Team focuses on the strategic roadmap & delivery to support the Branch Banking business with elevating advice, increasing customers & colleague confidence and meeting more customer's needs.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advice Enablement, the Manager of Advice Enablement will work closely with the broader CACC & PBDE team, Branch Banking, CPB Partners (Product, Journeys & Strategy), Channel Enablement, Marketing, Platform Product Owners, and other partners to conceive, design, develop and operationalize innovative solutions associated with, but not limited to, branch banking leads ecosystem, management, prioritization and strategy execution
- Demonstrate leadership and represent the banks interests by driving the evolution and adoption of advice enablement tools, including but not limited to Relationship Builder & Leads Ecosystem
- Determine and execute on required multi workstream project deliverables and work with TD's internal teams to approve and ensure delivery of the same
- Work effectively with leaders inside the bank to educate, build support and effective solutions to drive business results through meeting more customer needs
- Build effective and collaborative working arrangements amongst the many partners to support branch colleagues and leaders
- Collaborate, partner and demonstrate relationship management skills with Branch, Product, Journeys, Channel Enablement, Marketing, PBDE
- Develop, support and lead execution of multiple workstreams associated with optimizing branch banking's leads ecosystem & performance. Workstreams include: leads/maturities prioritization, leads capacity modeling, Relationship Builder enhancements, reporting, etc.
- Proactively identify key business opportunities, research and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implement

**Job Requirements**
- Relationship builder with a proven ability to partner, build confidence and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Time management and organization skills; ability to effectively manage numerous and varied initiatives and projects
- Critical thinking, conceptual thinking and analytical skills with ability to deliver actionable recommendations from analysis
- Project and problem-solving skills with an ability to provide clear and concise direction in a positive and effective manner
- Self-starter, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and build processes from the ground up
- Business minded with a deep understanding of how TD creates value
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing and ambiguous initiatives or requirements and ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Previous experience in Branch Banking or Canadian Personal Banking business; project management and/or strategic initiative delivery is considered an asset
- Previous experience developing and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long term
- Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and stakeholders
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate working with senior management at all levels
- Skillful communication (written and verbal), negotiation and partnership skills to balance stakeholder input but remain objective to reach the right outcome - ability to stay resilient under pressure
- Previous branch banking people leadership experience
