En tant que coordinateur du soutien aux commandes, vous créerez et examinerez des fiches techniques détaillées/modèles des produits de l'entreprise avec des détails importants sur les marchandises et vous téléchargerez les articles et les images sur le site Web des différents détaillants.

Vous vous assurerez que tous les articles sont et restent sur le site en examinant les flux d'inventaire et les meilleures ventes. En cas de problème, vous trouverez des solutions avec votre équipe informatique ou vous contacterez le détaillant pour en savoir plus.

Toutes les commandes de livraison directe aux clients finaux doivent être examinées quotidiennement pour s'assurer que les entrepôts expédient les commandes de vos clients en temps voulu. En cas de retard, vous contacterez le responsable de l'entrepôt pour l'en informer. Chaque jour, vous vous assurez que les commandes arrivent dans votre système à partir des portails de vos clients et que leur suivi leur est communiqué au fur et à mesure qu'elles sont expédiées.

Vous recevrez une formation et des conseils tout au long du processus. Notre société travaille avec divers détaillants américains. Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, maîtrisant Excel, très douée en informatique, ayant un bon esprit d'équipe, soucieuse du service à la clientèle et travailleuse.

Qualifications:
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Excellente connaissance et compréhension d'Excel.

Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et d'être proactif.

Capable de travailler en équipe

Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle

Avoir travaillé dans le secteur de la bijouterie est un atout.

Horaires:
Du lundi au jeudi de 8h00 à 17h00 (1/2 heure pour le déjeuner) légère flexibilité - nous pouvons en discuter

Les vendredis se terminent tôt à 13 heures

Possibilité de travailler le dimanche pendant les vacances ou les périodes de forte activité. Il s'agit principalement de la période de Noël. Quelques samedis soirs en décembre,

**Order Support Coordinator**

Join the team of an established family-owned jewelry business and gain extensive experience in the world of e-commerce and the jewelry industry

As an Order Support coordinator, you will be creating and reviewing detailed specification sheets/templates of company's products with important details about the goods and uploading the items and images to the various retailer's website.

You will make sure all items go on site and remain on site by reviewing inventory feeds and best sellers. If there are any issues you will find solutions with your IT team, or contact the retailer to explore further.

All Drop ship orders to end customers have to be reviewed daily to ensure the warehouses are shipping your customer orders on time. If there are any delays you will contact the warehouse manager to advise them. Everyday you will make sure orders are coming into your system from your customer portals, and as they get shipped the tracking is relayed back to them.

You will receive training and guidance along the way. Our company works with various U.S. retailers. We are looking for someone who is a multi tasker, good in Excel, very computer savvy, good team player, customer service driven, and hard working.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent English language skills verbal and written. Excellent Excel knowledge and understanding.

Able to multitask and be pro-active

Able to work in teams

Excellent customer service skills

Having worked in the jewelry industry - a bonus

**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 pm (1/2 hour for lunch) slight flexibility
- we can discuss

Fridays will finish early 1pm

Sunday work hours possible during holiday or busy periods. This is mainly during Christmas season. a few Saturday nights just during December,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
