Customer Support Coordinator

Validate the information necessary for putting orders into production;
- Ensure the tracking of orders from the start to the end of production;
- Ensure that the schedule for all stages of production is respected;
- Inform external customers of the status of their orders regularly and answer questions;
- Liaise with other team members to ensure customer expectations are met;
- Process subcontracting orders;
- Manage customer complaints and non-conformities;
- Manage predetermined customer inventory levels to ensure continuous replenishment;
- Collaborate with planning and shipping to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers;
- Collaborate with other departments to identify alternatives or solutions to moderately complex problems;
- Carry out invoicing of its customers;
- Build customer loyalty and contribute to improving the service offered to customers;
- Provide support to the estimation and invoicing department;
- Update the price of repetitive products taking into account the fluctuation of market prices.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination;
- Bilingualism is mandatory because the clients are predominantly English-speaking;
- Mastery of the MS Office suite and particularly Excel;
- Experience working with an ERP and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory);
- Knowledge of the flexible packaging market (an asset);
- Excels in oral and written communication;
- Organized, rigorous and knows how to manage your priorities;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Person motivated to learn, able to work independently and in a team.
