Sales & Ev Solutions Coordinator

As a Sales & EV Solutions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. From initial planning to final implementation, you will ensure smooth operations and high levels of professionalism. You will act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and efficient project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Laise with stakeholder to manage expectations and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously across the country.
- Prepare plan to manage schedule, cost, and scope of the project
- Coordinate with different partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders about the field work required to deploy new EV charging stations
- Conduct site visits with electrical contractors to assist with the setup and configuration of chargers once installed
- Work alongside distributors and electrical contractors to ensure that timelines are respected, and deadlines are met.
- Assist with monitoring the charging stations’ performance and offer support, including any service calls for repairs, to ensure optimal uptime.
- Act as a point of contact for questions related to the deployment of EV Chargers in parking
- Continue to foster the relationship with our existing partners, including electrical contractors, distributors, and manufacturers
- Complete any other tasks related to the deployment of EV chargers, notably all matters related to signage inside and outside the parking.
- Review vendor invoices and contractor requisitions
- Laise with the marketing team regarding new signage for various locations.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 to 3 years of EV or Electrical experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience with coordinating and implementing project plans
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in client relationship management and employee development/coaching
- Good organization skills and ability to deal with change
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
