**Company Description**:
LeadingAhead is a fast-growing company delivering EV charging infrastructure projects. We are an independent advisor and supplier of EV charging infrastructure. Using a technology-agnostic approach, we provide our clients access to the best market-available EV charging solutions for each site. LeadingAhead Energy provides turnkey solutions for EV charging projects. Starting with design specification advice during pre-construction, arrange supply, installation, project management, and set up of EV charging infrastructure. Our projects spread across Canada and USA.
**Key elements of the role will involve**:
- Generating new leads
- Building strong and long lasting relationships
- Update CRM during the whole sales cycles
- Create/meet sales objectives and targets
- Schedule and meet with potential and existing clients
- Perform presentation to clients (in-person and online)
- Reach out and partner with local associations
- Build a long-term portfolio of recurring clients
- Assist and implement marketing strategy
- Learn industry government incentives within target markets
- Get familiar and learn about the electric mobility industry
- Any other required tasks
- Attend industry events
- Attend conferences
**Experience Required**
- Basic or strong knowledge of the electric vehicle/charging industry
- Experience is sales in a fast-growing company
- Being resilient, efficient, and hard working
- Self-Motivated - Driven individual
- Bilingual French/English is a huge plus
- Comfortable with public speaking (small to large groups)
- Intrapreneur mentality (start-up)
- Ability to work from home and in-office
- Undergrade in Business is a plus
- Experience in the real estate / development / construction industry
- Great social skills
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Passion for sustainability and low carbon technology
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Renewable energy or low carbon expertise bonus
- Valid driver license required
- Access to a vehicle required
**Compensation**:
Base Salary + Commission + Health benefits
