Oceanfood Sales Ltd. is a major supplier of top quality branded frozen seafood products to the wholesale and retail trade across Canada. Our focus is on quality and exceptional service. We are a family run business with over 50 years’ experience in the seafood industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to expand our team and handle the daily duties required to ensure the smooth running of the Supply Chain Department in our Vancouver office.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be able to communicate with internal and external parties to manage and coordinate the inflow of product, inventory levels, sales orders and ensure cost-efficient, accurate and timely distribution of our products.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Coordinator assumes the following responsibilities:
**Role**:

- Update and maintain database with all pertinent information, such as item code setup, pricing and anything related to the Supply Chain Department
- Support the team in monitoring inventory, identify and communicate required inventory movements across 3PLs, ensure items are available in the right place at the right time
- Book inbound and outbound appointment times and review delivery accuracies
- Enter orders/shipments and billing information in ERP System (SAP)
- Creates shipping documents (BOL, FIN, CI, PL)
- Oversee orders from processing, delivery and receiving.
- Clarifies priorities, ensures Supply Chain Department delivers in top priorities.
- Works multiple priority activities concurrently with great coordination

- Needs to be resourceful and able to work in a high stress environment dealing with time sensitive matters.
- Ability to prioritize work, high attention to detail, effective follow-ups, problem solve, and take ownership of tasks.
