We are hiring an Administrator for our New Account Services Team

**Reporting To**: Supervisor, New Accounts Services

**Full-Time/Part
- Time**: Full-time

**Hours of Work**: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Grade**: 4

**The Opportunity**:
The New Account Services Administrator is responsible for updating loan information, processing solicitor final reports, and auditing registered charges on par with FN/MBS guidelines.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Update client and mortgage information in the internal mortgage system in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure registered documents are correct, auditing on par with First National/MBS guidelines and request amendments as required
- Update internal mortgage system files with Final Report and Registration details
- Follow 120 day follow up procedure in order to obtain final report package from solicitors
- Liaise and answer external inquiries from solicitors and notaries
- Research and problem solve any discrepancies that arise
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Adheres to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable

**The Requirements Needed**:

- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous administration experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and in a timely manner
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
- Strong Communication and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and objective
