**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a conscientious, professional, and qualified Account Administrator who has a background in customer support, an inquisitive mind, a caring disposition and takes pride in understanding business priorities and delivering excellent outcomes in a timely manner.

**THE LOCATION**

469 King Street West 4th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M5V 1K4

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist and provide administrative support in an efficient and well-organized manner in the areas of client access, data cleanup, and various other clerical and administrative duties.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Provide support to portfolio administrators as needed.
- Assist with the opening of new accounts
- Assist with various projects, as required.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Exposure to an investment management or portfolio accounting system is an asset
- Demonstrated history of responsiveness and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to take initiative, be accountable and work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
