Are you a diligent and organized professional with a passion for commercial real estate? We are seeking a versatile Lease Administrator to join our property management company specializing in commercial real estate. As a Lease Administrator, you will play a vital role in handling and administering lease agreements, ensuring compliance, and leading the lease ticketing system to support the accounting department.
What you bring- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience as a Lease Administrator or in a similar role within the commercial real estate industry.- Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing practices, lease agreements, and legal terminology.- Proficiency in property management software and lease administration systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, LeaseEagle).- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.- High level of integrity and ethical conduct when handling critical lease and tenant information.
What success looks like- Accurately process lease agreements, amendments, and renewals, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal and financial requirements.- Review and interpret lease terms and conditions to ensure adherence to established guidelines.- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date lease database, tracking key lease dates, rent escalations, and other pertinent information.- Act as a liaison between property managers, accountants and leasing agents to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide lease-related information.- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate processing of rental payments and financial obligations.- Prepare and distribute lease-related documents, including tenant estoppel certificates, rent invoices, and operating expense reconciliations.- Conduct periodic audits of lease data to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.- Assist in the preparation and review of lease abstracts, summaries, and reports for management and stakeholders (internal or external).

Ce a quoi ressemble le success- Traitez avec précision les baux, les modifications et les renouvellements, en vous assurant que tous les documents soient complets et conformes aux termes et conditions des documents.- Vérifier et interpréter les termes et conditions du bail afin d’assurer le respect des ententes établies.- Tenir à jour une base de données de baux complète, en suivant les dates clés des baux, les augmentations de loyer et d'autres informations pertinentes.- Agir en tant que liaison entre les gestionnaires immobiliers, les comptables et les agents de location afin de répondre aux demandes de renseignements, de résoudre les problèmes et de fournir des informations relatives aux baux.- Collaborer avec le département de la comptabilité afin d’assurer un traitement rapide et précis des versements de loyer et des obligations financières.- Préparer et distribuer les documents liés au bail, y compris les certificats d’estoppel du locataire, les factures de loyer et les conciliations bancaires des frais d’exploitation.- Effectuer des contrôles périodiques des données de location afin d’identifier et de résoudre les disparités ou les incohérences.- Aider à la préparation et à l'examen des sommaires de bail, des bilans et des rapports pour la direction et les différentes parties prenantes (internes ou externes).- Rester à jour sur les réglementations de l'industrie, les tendances du marché et les meilleures pratiques en matière de location immobilière comme
