Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Lease Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our real estate department, you will be responsible for managing communication, documentation, and processes related to lease agreements, new site builds, and property management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple lease agreements, including preparing and executing necessary documentation
- Abstract new site build agreements and assist with acquiring new sites
- Track details and facilitate status updates related to new site builds and lease agreements
- Prepare and generate lease administration reports, including Expiry Report, Construction Start Date Report, and Pipeline
- Communicate with landlords, fielding inquiries and complaints related to property damage, key and access issues, maintenance issues, snow removal, and meter installations
- Experience in an administrative role managing contracts, agreements, or project plans involving internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents, abstract details, and enter information into a database
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to fit any audience
- Fluency in French is an asset
