_Bookkeeper/Office Manager _
We are looking for a bookkeeper and office manager to join our extremely nice team of talented designers.

You will be responsible for performing office administration and bookkeeping duties, including ordering for clients, tracking shipments, bank reconciliation, payroll, preparing invoices for clients as well as minor HR duties.

You should have good understanding of accounting principles and procedures, and should be fluent in English (written and verbal). You'll be chatting with our clients regularly, so a great attitude and client management skills are essential.

Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, great attention to details and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel a must.

We'll want to see you in the office a couple of days a week, but some remote work is acceptable.

**Hours: 30-40 hours a week**

**Salary**:$46,000-$56,000 depending on experience an availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience including knowledge of accounting principles
- Degree in related field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Business)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills required
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
- Provide initiative and ideas on the improvement of work processes.
- Follow up the issues with our contractor and partners.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
