**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Office Manager will actively lead the company’s office operations and administration, to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager will oversee administrative and customer service processes, day-to-day accounts payable/receivable, and human resources administration.

**Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)**:

- Manage and assign day to day activities such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, and other office administration tasks
- Liaise with our external accounting firm and payroll provider
- Manage foreign exchange transactions (US currency)
- Perform account reconciliation
- Prepare invoicing and billing using Xero
- Enter client data into a CRM system and generate reports
- Conduct weekly bank deposits
- Perform budget updates; create and maintain reports
- Perform human resources administration, accounting administration and records management
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in business administration, accounting, management or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in an administrative or accounting role with at least 1-2 years in an office management capacity
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience using Xero and CRM systems is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks while working independently
