**Your Duties**
- Manage the preparation of payroll for personnel
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage Company’s group benefits
- Work with departmental teams, provide financial leadership
- Communicate financial metrics to senior management
- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
- Prepare and ensure Tax (GST & PST) returns/rebates, manage processes and compliance
- Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic plans
- Monitor the financial performance of the company
- Compile and analyze financial reporting packages
- Must have a passion for the G/L and Banking Rec's.

**Your Qualifications**
- Completed Post-Secondary Education in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior accounting or financial management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Impeccable analytical and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Proven accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with senior management
