**Frontenac Property Management **is a locally owned and operated company in Kingston, Ontario. We are a full-service property management company committed to continually improving the rental experience for the investment property owner as well as the tenant. **Please note this is an administrative, office based postition, not a "hands on" property maintenace position. Applicants must demonstrate relevant skills and experience in an administrative/ coordination focused role.**

**Your roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Effective communication with tenants, owners and applicable trades people regarding maintenance work [to be] performed.
- Follow up with tenants after maintenance appointments
- Follow up on work completed by 3rd party trades, obtaining updates on work performed, return visits needed, provide updates to tenants etc.
- Coordinate pre-move out walkthroughs and property turnover process each month.
- Manage company inventory of essential equipment.
- Maintain vacant property lists and schedule vacant checks as needed.
- Participate in evening and weekend coverage rotation (overtime).
- Support to office / other duties as assigned as business needs require.
- Self-starter with ability to follow direction and work independently.
- Critical thinking to solve problems effectively.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environment, with changing demands.
- Proven ability to mulitask and remain organized despite potential interruptions.
- Advanced computer skills.

**Job Type**: This is a full time position (42.5hrs per week) Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with evening and weekend coverage rotation requiring various evening and weekend hours.
