Dexterra Group is an industry leader in integrated facilities management, and we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for planning and executing maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute routine and non-routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
- Perform small tool, automation, vehicle, and equipment repairs as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors and operations managers to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are set.
- Track, receive, and unload inventory in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of building structures to identify repair needs and implement preventive measures.
- Assist with custodial duties as required and maintain other site areas including snow removal and grass cutting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Canada, preferably in a similar role.
- Clear criminal record and valid driver's license with a clear driver abstract.
- Excellent reading, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
