**Cadesky** **Tax** is an independent tax consulting firm.

We work with a wide range of clients including private businesses, owner-managers, multi-jurisdictional families and businesses, multi-national corporations and high net worth individuals to help them with tax efficient strategies.
- Preparing and processing all client billing.
- Ensuring all filing is organized and up to date on a regular basis.
- Assistance with preparation of articles, papers and Power Point presentations.
- Client liaison including preparation of engagement letter, information request and follow up on information to be received from clients.
- Scheduling teleconference calls and videoconference calls.
- Providing backup coverage in the absence of other assistants.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to management, ideally in a professional services firm.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with emphasis on styles and formatting;
- Strong administrative and organizational skills;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- A-client centered approach with the commitment to providing outstanding service;
- Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adaptable to changing demands;
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities; and
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
