We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Team's Broker and oversee real estate operations, ensuring seamless workflows and an outstanding client experience.
**Position Overview**
As a Real Estate Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, optimizing the owner’s time, and supporting real estate transactions and over seeing the operation of the team. This role combines executive-level support, operational oversight, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

- Driving: Must have a _valid Driver's License_ and a Car
- Real Estate Administrative experience**:2 years minimum**:
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
**Full Job Description**
High Volume Real Estate Team is seeking a detail-oriented Full-time Administration Assistant to join their team.
**Must have **_**2+ years’ experience in Real Estate Administration.**_
**Must have a car and a driver’s license.**
**Hours**:
**Monday to Thursday 9 - 6**
**Fridays 9 PM to 5 PM**
**Start Date: TBD**
**Responsibilities**
- Run general errands and task like pick-ups and drop offs, key exchanges
- Book/schedule photographers and other 3rdparty contractors for listings
- Upload and update listings on MLS
- Manage and co-ordinate new listings
- Type offers using Webforms
- DocuSigning Offers
- Schedule property appointments
- Manage database
- Assist with open house preparation
- Update social media with new listings (Facebook/Instagram)
- Facilitate client events and other related duties as directed
- Organizing monthly events for clients and handling all related tasks from A to Z.
- Handling social media marketing and content creation using certain content creation apps on iPhone.
- Servicing listings such as installing sign, lockbox, picking up and dropping of keys, checks and bank drafts.
- Database management using Follow Up Boss CRM
- Implement Back-end systems to create efficiencies and automation
- Task and Project Management: Maintain task lists, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on key items.
- Marketing Support: Help create and distribute property marketing materials and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Event and Meeting Coordination: Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with client events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Salary**:$55,000.00-$70,000.00** per year (Opportunity to make bonus through our referral system - An Additional $5000 to $25,000)
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- 9 AM to 6 PM
- Must be accessible after hours and weekends.

- North York, ON M3C 0H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:

- Real Estate Administrative experience**:2 years **(MUST)
