**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. This role includes running office errands as needed and requires a valid driver's license.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct special research assignments and projects as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support executives in tracking projects, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain filing systems and assist with day-to-day office organization.
- Prepare invoices, manage vacation time entries, and track expenses.
- Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks and proactive planning for upcoming events or deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities.
- Run office errands as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical and methodical approach to tasks with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Valid driver's license required.
