**About the role**:
The Customer Success Coordinator is an integral part of the Customer Success Team. Working closely with the Customer Success Managers (CSM's) and Sales team, the Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CSM's to provide ongoing support to new and existing customers.

**Location**: Head Office, Edmonton

**Report to**: Director, Customer Success

**Direct reports**: None

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute welcome kits and training materials for new and existing customers.
- Work with customers to obtain expired vehicle registration data.
- Manage the customer portal onboarding file creation process.
- Activate and de-activate trucks on behalf of and upon the request of customers.
- Ensure the system is updated with relevant missing vehicle data.
- Create new customer records and update subscription information as required.
- Generate reports from various systems such as the CRM, customer portal, and customer success system.
- Investigate any data anomalies and take relevant corrective action.
- Support CSM's with trade show prep (including attendee lists, scheduling meetings, organizing marketing collateral).
- Generate business review and kick-off call slide decks on behalf of CSM's.
