Customer Success Specialist

IronSight is currently looking for a **Customer Success Specialist** to join its Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll:
- Support the Customer Success team through Discovery, Onboarding, and Relationship Management activities for new and existing clients
- Collaborate within Customer Success and across the company to support continuous improvement of tools, practices, and resources
The Customer Success Specialist will report to the VP of Operations and work with team members from across the company to support new and existing customers.

**Position Type**: Permanent Full-Time
**Location**: Edmonton, AB, Canada / Remote in Alberta (You must be legally entitled to work in Canada)
**Salary**: $55,000 CAD to $65,000 CAD based on experience
**Anticipated Start Date**: December 2024 / January 2025
**What You’ll Do**
- Support customer success activities such as problem identification and resolution, platform configuration, onboarding and training, and stakeholder coordination/management
- Data analysis, reporting, and analytics for internal teams and external customers
- Work with members of the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to understand current and upcoming features and support the flow of information to teams and users
- Assist the Customer Success team in improving tools, practices, and resources
**What You Bring**
- Passionate about helping others and interested in customer success, software development, or product management
- Recently graduated from a post-secondary program that focuses on business, technology, or product management (e.g. business, marketing, or computer science with business specialization)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Skilled at working with data and reports
- You love to ask questions and look for ways to help your team and customers succeed
- Experience in customer service or providing technical support an asset
- Experience writing code or SQL an asset
- Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase or Power BI an asset
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, or Office 365
