Monday - Friday day shift

Hourly payroll position

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the phones
- Provide customer service
- Knowledge in the automotive industry considered an asset
- Ability to communicate vehicle repairs for customer understanding
- Data entry including managing company databases
- Maintain records for vehicles
- Order material and take inventory
- Communicate with Vendors
- Support the office roles of a construction and automotive company

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in computers
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft word, excel and one drive
- Good understanding of basic math
- Computer and data-entry skills
- Organizational and record-keeping skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Must be legal to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
