**Brand Activation Coordinator**:

Today, Argon 18 bikes are ridden on the roads, tracks and trails of more than 70 countries worldwide.
**THE ROLE**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and execute activation initiatives based on the brand’s pillars of Health, Local Passion & Performance.
- Take ownership of the Montreal showroom and maximize opportunities to activate it and use it to drive sales.
- Create and maintain up to date a calendar of brand activation initiatives, including but not limited to events, athlete sponsorships and partnerships.
- Work in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities and understand the needs and requirements to ensure successful activations.
- Work with internal or external partners to create marketing collateral that respects the brand guidelines and ensures brand visibility during and after activations.
- Represent the brand and interact with riders, dealers, ambassadors, etc. during activations, promoting bikes and driving sales.
- Follow brand guidelines to create and publish content for social media during activations.
- Track relevant KPIs and perform _post-mortems_ to ensure continuous improvement of activations.
- Support the marketing team with various tasks when requested.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the competitive or recreational cycling universe.
- Experience working in a bike shop or in the cycling industry, an asset.
- Ability to travel and flexibility to adapt work schedule to attend events (evenings and weekends) approximately 20% of time.
- Bilingualism: French and English mandatory, both spoken and written.
