Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Team Lead, Promotional and Operational Activities, the incumbent will play a key role in deploying promotions and coordinating various operational projects for La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village. They will manage the coordination of promotions, schedule effective in-store promotions in the promotion management software and collaborate with multiple departments to support store operations.
Key Responsibilities
**Promotions**:

- Create and/or modify main promotions in the Y2 software.
- Conduct tests for new promotions and participate in the continuous improvement of the Y2 software.
- Update the promotional events calendar.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for text requests during new promotions.

**Operations**:

- Participate in various store-related development projects.
- Coordinate operational memos (contests, etc.).
- Coordinate events for the Operations department (annual meetings, etc.).
- Create ad hoc reports for the Store Operations department.

**Other**:

- Respond to requests for modifications to invoice templates.
- Update invoices for stores, web, and electronic platforms based on company needs.
- Manage the QR code platform and handle needs for code creation and analysis.
- Develop new tools to enhance department efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- DEC in a related field.
- Experience in a similar position or in operations coordination (1 to 2 years).
- Knowledge of retail or fashion (an asset).
- Functional bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Power BI (an asset).
