**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Account Strategy:_ Support corporate-owned medical aesthetic clinics in their local marketing strategies, similar to a marketing agency's account strategist role.
- _Develop Marketing Strategies:_ Collaborate with brand the content team, the digital marketing teams, and local clinic leadership to create and deliver aligned marketing strategies.
- _Campaign Planning and Execution:_ Lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- _Content Creation Briefing:_ Skillfully brief the content team to produce engaging marketing assets.
- _Cross-Functional Collaboration:_ Collaborate internally to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- _Brand Management:_ Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- _Budget Management:_ Allocate resources effectively based on potential impact and ROI.
- _Performance Tracking and Optimization:_ Monitor campaign metrics and optimize marketing activities.
- _Integration Leadership:_ Lead clinic integration into the Dermapure marketing ecosystem.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of marketing experience with expertise in strategic planning, campaign management, and project execution.
- Leadership experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
- Skilled in campaign development.
- Proficient in budget management.
- Strong project management abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with data analysis proficiency.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and industry trends.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Bilingual French/English required for interactions with Canadian provinces.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- _Stratégie de Compte :_ Soutenir les cliniques esthétiques médicales appartenant à l'entreprise dans leurs stratégies marketing locales, similaire au rôle de stratège de compte en agence marketing.
- _Développement de Stratégies Marketing : _Collaborer avec les équipes de contenu de marque, digitales et les dirigeants des cliniques locales pour créer des stratégies marketing alignées.
- _Planification et Exécution de Campagnes :_ Diriger des campagnes marketing intégrées sur différents canaux.
- _Briefing de Création de Contenu :_ Briefing habile de l'équipe de contenu pour produire des éléments marketing engageants.
- _Collaboration Interfonctionnelle :_ Collaborer en interne pour assurer une exécution fluide des initiatives marketing.
- _Gestion de Marque :_ Maintenir la cohérence de la marque sur tous les canaux.
