**YOUR ROLE**
Reporting to the Director, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the GTM (go-to-market) planning and marketing strategy for ALDO’s key franchise partners in the Asian Pacific (APAC) region. The person will be responsible for keeping track of Brand led and regional projects in accordance to our GTM schedule, researching market insights, coordinating with external agencies, and collaborating with internal teams and franchise partners to drive the Brand and help achieve our key objectives regionally and globally.
**Responsibilities**
**APAC Marketing Lead**
- Adapt global marketing strategy seasonally, to be effective regionally, taking into consideration regional nuances, and synergize with Account Managers, S&Ops, Brand and internal teams to develop the seasonal marketing plans
- Develop regional Brand calendars, marketing execution guides and commercialization strategy presentations to ensure execution excellence and enable our partners to brief their media agencies and suppliers in advance
- Liaise with franchise partners and their agencies to gather seasonal plans, performance reports, data and market insights that will nurture briefs and post-mortems
- Analyze data reports and gather results to share with leadership team and create post-mortems
- Communicate with Franchise partners regularly and plan weekly/bi-weekly/monthly calls to ensure we’re on track to achieve results and KPI’s.
- Create workback schedules (critical paths) and coordinate with teams to properly plan every step of projects (resources, briefs, production, etc..)
- Organize workload in advance to plan it with the coordinator and ensure our resources are dispatched optimally to deliver marketing assets to our partners on time
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and partners to ensure that campaigns are launched on time and follow brand guidelines, and are in-line with our objectives
- Perform research monthly to gather market insights that will inform briefs and strategy to Brand team
- Pre-plan and support Director with regional production to ensure smooth rollout of local campaigns with a 360 approach
**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing
- Excellent written & verbal English skills considering constant communications with our international clients. Speaking other languages, especially Mandarin, will also be considered a plus.
- + 5 years of professional experience in Marketing with an international brand or retailer
- Good knowledge in project management and media planning, negotiation, execution and optimization of all marketing channels
- Experience in digital / e-commerce (retail experience an asset, digitally proficient is a must)
- Knowledge in Google Analytics and Facebook business manager
- Great understanding of key factors that impact brand awareness, traffic and conversion
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic, autonomous, flexible and creative, able to adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Motivated self-starter, able to perform under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Externally focused, people person, service leadership obsessed, able to manage multiple accounts / partners.
