**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to staff and customers.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
- Greet visitors/customers and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
