**About the Opportunity**

**Duties and Responsibilities**Supports the Product Development Manager in all aspects of product envisioning sessions and ad hoc product development deliverables- Monitors competitor activities, market conditions and trends across all marketing rennie is involved in, including regular site visits to presentation centres- Collects and analyzes project information on unit mix, interior design and building amenities in order to support product recommendations for various clients- Assists with creating recommendations on floorplans, building layout, unit mix, unit sizing, interior design, amenity programming, placemaking, etc.- Works collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to deliver ad hoc requests regarding product design and development- Assists with market surveys that forecast buyer trends, needs and wants- Maintains internal databases of project information- Assists in preparing presentations for product envisioning sessions, as well as coordinating various components of these sessions- Sources precedent images, floorplans, and other design elements- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership

**Education and Experience**Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in the real estate related field, interior design, architecture, or professional environment.- Degree or diploma in real estate, interior design, architecture or a related field.

**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**Strong knowledge of local real estate market- Collaborative, creative, flexible, and innovative team player team player with an ability to work effectively with peers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, always maintains composure and an action-oriented attitude- Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills with good judgment to make timely and sound decisions- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow- Commitment to excellence and high standards.- Strong presentation skills and an ability to grow into a facilitator role over time.- Advanced skills using the Google Suite and experience with Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeams preferred.

**Working Conditions**Primarily office-based position- Ability to travel as required- Vehicle or reliable transportation required
