We are seeking a go-getter Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator you'll have serve a key role in facilitating production schedules, workflow, and budgets. Our studio is located in the trendy Mount Pleasant area just a short walk away from the Main Street-Science World Skytrain Station. However, this position is fully remote **_#WorkFromHome_**

Job Title**:Production Coordinator** (Remote)

What You’ll Do:

- Ensure our projects progress smoothly and adhere to timelines and budget requirements
- Attend company planning, departmental review, and client delivery meetings
- Utilize tracking tools to schedule and track progress of assigned tasks
- Assist with project bids
- Manage company IT assets to ensure artists have required equipment
- General office administration tasks as needed

What You Need:

- 2+ years experience as a Coordinator in 3D Animation/VFX
- Solid understanding of the production process
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Sheets
- Experience with Autodesk Shotgrid
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between management and staff
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take on additional tasks when necessary
