The mission of our Product Development team is we are leading industry innovators who are continuously strategizing for dynamic product development & visual processes. We build visual identity & thought-provoking narrative through product design, assortment, creative direction that creates a cohesive customer journey. The Product Development Coordinator reports directly to our Product Developer

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Efficiently manage end-to-end sample tracking process.
- Confirm sample orders and track shipments to team members within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of samples meeting specified requirements.
- Assist the Product Development (PD) team in conducting marketplace research and cost analysis.
- Contribute to the development and execution of seasonal product plans.
- Process and conduct a final check of TOF and Product Data form with sign off from Product developers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Oversee the swatch and material library, ensuring proper maintenance and rotations.
- Liaise with Visual Dept to organize Market swatch deliverables.
- Coordinate KPI tracking using Power BI.
- Assist the Digital Asset and Studio Supervisor with swatch pulls to ensure product imagery reviews and proofing.
- Own the Product Lifecycle calendar timelines.
- Coordinate activities according to the established calendar.
- Possibility of international travel if required to work directly with factories and partners.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual communicator is considered an asset - Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese
- Computer Literate with a strong ability in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Is a solution-based problem solver
- Proven experience in sample tracking, product operations, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Power BI for KPI tracking.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Previous experience in the furniture, fashion or consumer goods industry is a plus.

Salary Range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 per year
