**Chemistry Consulting Group has been retained by Coast to Coast Experiences to assist in searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO & President to join their growing organization.**
Coast to Coast Experiences is a fast paced, fun, tourism-focused group with a vision of changing the industry through sustainability, electrification, social purpose, and creativity. We are an entrepreneurial minded business located in downtown Vancouver, with operations in Vancouver, Seattle and Niagara Falls. We are proudly working towards a greener and more sustainable future adding electric buses, boats, and continuously changing the way we do things with a goal to be the first fully electric fleet in North America. We are looking for a like-minded individual who is ready to make a difference with us.
**Position Overview**
The role of Executive Assistant will involve being a resourceful and detail-oriented assistant to support in the executive affairs, organization, and maintenance of both the CEO/Owner and President, who are passionate professionals, in a unique industry who would benefit from the help of a motivated assistant with a “can-do” attitude who loves dynamic tasks and environments. An individual who is continuously thinking ten steps ahead and putting those steps into action.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Direct contact as the go-to person for all types of tasks as needed, including daily administration, expenses, correspondences, answering calls, scheduling, managing multiple calendars, filing etc. for CTCE as well as the CEO/Owner’s other businesses
- Managing travel schedules; booking and arranging flights, activities, accommodations, and special events
- Conduct research and prepare concise reports as requested
- Troubleshoot with confidence and perform well under pressure
- Ability to improve existing computer organization, documents, folders, photos, cloud service usage, etc.
- Event planning (including set up and management of occasional dinners at home supporting voluntary and community initiatives, planning advisory board meetings and events, and strategy planning sessions)
- Management of meeting minutes: note taking, filing and distribution
- Ability to make informed, practical administrative decisions when working without supervision
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:

**Experience and Education**:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive or entrepreneur
- Client services and administrative experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
**Skills and Abilities**:
Ability and ease to interact with high profile clients, business owners and executives
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Exemplary planning and organizational skills
- Resourceful and strategic thinker
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Is tactful, diplomatic, and comfortable with confidential information
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft 365 Office, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.
- Expertise with Power Point
- A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle
**Work Location**:
Hybrid work workplace where staff are able to work from home and from the Vancouver head office located in Gastown, with a mountain view
