**This opportunity**:
As our Medical Documents Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support for all front-end operations. Supporting our client intake, scheduling management, medical documentation management and general reception and operations support, you will specifically complete consent and intake processes, conduct general reception duties, handle a multitude of documents and inquiries, and support all administrative departments.
- **This role will eventually be a hybrid role between in office 4 days per week and from home 1 day per week however will start as a five day per week in office position.**_
- The individual must be physically located in 25 km proximity to the Vancouver office._
- Start times will vary between 8:30 to 10:30 and end times 4:30 to 6:30, for a total of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift (less than one per month) paid in accordance with the employment standards, or with time off in lieu. _
**Mission**:
To coordinate documents, maintain the documents management system and provide administrative support for all front end (intake, medical documents, and clinic) operations activities leading to growth and success of Integra.
**Responsibilities**
**1. Document Coordination (80%)**
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence
Receive, scan, and upload medical records to the system.
Flag potential date and other conflicts to the intake and/or reports team for handling
Review letter of instruction for names, dates, and other pertinent information
Identify and correct misinformation in the system by reviewing the letter of instruction
Remove duplication in records and ensure an up-to-date chart is on file
Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries regarding records
Maintain the documents management system
Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of patient information
Keep all medical records confidential and protected
**2. Reception, Chaperoning & Administrative Assistance (10%)**
Greet and complete consent and intake process with examinees.
Notify assessors of late or no-show examinees
Chaperoning assessments as needed
**3. Other Duties as Assigned (10%)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
