**Position Summary**
This position contributes to the overall success of the Client Services department by providing administrative support to the team, by performing all assigned multi-level tasks and projects in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Reports directly to the Director of Client Services.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform audits on the three revenue streams (Show Management, Exhibitor, Miscellaneous).
- Track all three revenue streams and ensure leading teams to meet requirements and deadlines regarding respective audits.
- Work with spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports from our system.
- Participate in various reconciliation projects, process improvements, and special projects.
- Support leadership with new hire onboarding by ordering computer equipment, badges, and uniforms.
- Assist with the preparation and management of the financial Month End Close Process.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information and files.
- Assist CSMs and ESEs in completing necessary department tasks and functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary for the position under the direction of the Associate Director of Client Services.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Forms.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism and solid ability in delivering high quality customer service (Internal and External)
- Ability to effectively listen to others, collaboratively share ideas, and communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented and have a great sense of urgency.
- Must have the ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities at one time.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize work and handle multiple assignments to meet deadlines or requirements.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or special event planning experience a plus
- College degree preferred
- Do not require traveling
