Reporting to the Executive Director, the Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process to achieve or exceed the school’s annual enrollment targets. The incumbent is required to build and maintain strong professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholder groups and families both on a local and international level. As an ambassador of the School, the Associate Director must effectively represent the interests, mission and values of Balmoral Hall School.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintains a strategic enrollment management plan.
- Coordinates day to day work activities of admissions team members.
- Manages the admissions database and provides timely and relevant statistical reports and analyses to improve recruitment strategies, forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Coordinates recruitment activities to achieve established enrollment targets including organization of fairs and promotional events in highlighted markets and potential new markets.
- Completes international travel as required.
- Works with marketing tools and manages all aspects of digital CRM and sales platforms.
- Manages logistics of the international travel process including flights, hotel bookings, setting appointments with agents, and current, past and future families.
- Works collaboratively with School stakeholders (Registrar, Principals, Boarding and Communications) to ensure that recruitment and admissions functions are completed in an effective and timely manner.
- Facilitates events to promote Balmoral Hall School such as open houses, orientations, agent events, FAM tours and parent events.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must possess superior interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and in a range of settings.
- Able to excel in a fast paced, high pressure and team-oriented work environment.
- Flexibility in personal schedule to enable independent work from home, international travel and varied office hours to manage international communications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to utilize work time to maximum effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues (including student and parent volunteers) in enrolment management, academics, student life, and across campus.
- Proficient in PC, Apple and web-based environments with a high level of proficiency in M/S Office 365, Blackbaud, and CRM and Sales software.
- Adept in data collection, analysis and reporting for assigned area.
- Able to represent and speak articulately about all aspects of Balmoral Hall School to agents and prospective students and parents.

**Education and Experience**: University degree in business, marketing, public relations, and/or communications plus 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
