**What you will do**:
As a Process Change Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Leads and/or supports various projects to improve and build more effective business processes including streamlining, harmonizing and/or increasing efficiencies. Provides support to the program operations of the Research Grants and Scholarships directorate, including change management, and coordination or process management related tasks.

**What you need to succeed**:
**Education**:

- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the position.
- Educational Asset: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. Associate’s or Advanced Certificate in BA, Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP).
- Educational Asset: Certificates or courses in: Lean methodology, change management and/or project management- Foreign Credential Validation against Canadian Standards
- **Experience**:

- Business analysis (eliciting, analyzing and documenting user requirements)
- Project management and change management
- Administration of grants and scholarships
- Process management would be considered an asset
- Working with various clients/partners or collaborators would be considered an asset

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and best practices
- Knowledge of the policies, administrative regulations governing the structure, management and operation of the grants and fellowships programs administered by the granting Councils
- Knowledge of the research community and of the post-secondary setting in Canada
- Knowledge of the grants and scholarships management process
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques and practices related to information management and information technology
- Knowledge of project management techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of change management techniques and strategies
