SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.

THE ROLE

SISIP Financial is seeking a highly motivated, organized and creative Change Manager to help us re-define how we serve the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). This is an opportunity to have a positive impact on the financial wellbeing of our members.

By bringing an innovative and focused approach to the role, this person will ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives, including the adoption of a Customer Relationship Management platform, an employee incentive plan, not to mention the implementation of SISIP’s ambitious strategic plan.

By applying a people-centric approach to change management, our new Change Manager will drive faster adoption of and greater levels of proficiency with changes impacting SISIP employees. This in turn positions SISIP better serve our CAF community.

To be successful in this role, this person must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional influencing skills to drive change. Experience in delivering successful change plans will also be critical for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Leadership Studies or a related discipline AND several years of experience in a related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage business and digital transformation planning and activities related to change management.

Manage, develop and deliver change management communications, coaching, resistance management and training plans, programs and/or presentations.

Manage and plan roadmaps, adoption milestones, and rewards and recognition for goal achievement.

Lead, manage, develop, implement and evaluate change management and communications initiatives and strategies in collaboration/consultation with stakeholders.

Manage project resources, expectations, timelines, risks, challenges and deliverables.

Identify and analyze the impacts of changes and develop mitigation strategies.

Start Date: July 7, 2024

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.

Relocation benefits will not be provided.

Salary plus Employee Incentive Plan.

The selection process will be done virtually.
