Our growing team at Orillia ProNet Inc. works with companies to take advantage of new and emerging I.T. infrastructures and technologies to make their business streamlined and more productive. We take pride in providing IT / Networking Support, Backup Solutions, Data Recovery, Website Design & Development, SEO, and Managed Domain/Server Hosting.

We have been providing our services in the Orillia, Barrie, Muskoka, Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Midland, Simcoe County, and surrounding areas since 1996.

We are looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to manage appointments for customers and schedule internal staff. The Administrative Coordinator’s responsibilities include identifying customer support requirements, scheduling appointments, creating tickets, and allocating the technicians appropriately. Pay range starts from $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create tickets, schedule appointments, and allocate workloads for internal technical staff.
- Review tickets/reports to ensure jobs are completed on a timely basis.
- Manage internal IT inventory.
- Communicate with external customer on ticket status and changes.
- Report directly to management ensuring company process and policy is followed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a company team member.
- College degree in administration or a related field is preferable.
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
- Patience while interacting with customers, clients, or staff.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Quick Learner

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
