About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at True North Star Subs Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and overseeing the implementation of established procedures. This position also involves training staff, planning and controlling budgets, and coordinating office administrative activities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to train and supervise staff
What We Offer
As an Administrative Coordinator at True North Star Subs Inc., you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Work Environment
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. Public transportation is available, making it easy to get to and from work. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
