Le mode de travail s’appliquant au poste est temps plein sur site
- Accueillir et aider les clients et les visiteurs de l'agence
- Veiller à ce que les demandes des clients soient résolues de manière satisfaisante, en coordonnant les réponses avec d'autres collègues et d'autres services si nécessaire
- Il est responsable de l'achèvement du traitement des dossiers à l'heure limite de la succursale, en particulier pour les affaires GIC et les changements non financiers
- Préparer les dépôts bancaires quotidiens pour la succursale
- Recevoir et orienter les demandes de renseignements téléphoniques
- Il/elle s'occupe de la réception, coordonne le courrier, les courriers, les télécopies et les courriels
- Prendre les rendez-vous avec les clients et les conseillers
- Préparer des lettres et de la correspondance à l'aide de Word et de Mail Merge
- Commander et maintenir les fournitures de l'agence
- Maintenir le système de classement
- Soutenir les opérations générales de la succursale et aider les autres membres du personnel et les conseillers lorsque cela est nécessaire.

- Connaissance avancée des produits Microsoft Office
