**Job Title: Admin - Compliance Operations & Processing Team**

**Job Purpose**

As a part of our Administration Team you are responsible for the policy accuracy and data integrity of our personal lines client files. You may be required for data entry (in company portals) as well as internally always ensuring our client’s files are accurate & processed in accordance to our binding authority. In this role you will foster relationships with our Insurer Partners, as you will work with a variety of support teams required during the portal entry process. You will understand & adhere to our Commitment to Excellence & Bauld’s service standards & expectations which outline the deliverables to our clients, staff & management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

*Including but not limited to
- Reviewing eDocs and policy checking
- Manually processing activities and transactions
- Sorting and organizing eDocs received
- Billing and cancellation notices along with client communication
- Back-office processing
- Personal lines policy underwriting guideline adherence
- Internal personal lines data integrity compliance
- Personal lines policy processing
- Other duties as assigned (ex. reports, shared inbox management etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Education & Experience_
- Post secondary preferred but not required
- 2+ years insurance industry experience, however we open to less experience for the right fit
- Knowledge, Skills and abilities:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptional data entry skills, entering data accurately and quickly
- Maintaining a polite & courteous demeanor at all times
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organization skills
- You are self-motivated and can work independently
- You are flexible and can adapt to change / maintain a positive attitude throughout
- You have effective problem-solving skills and are comfortable with technology
- Experience with Applied Epic would be an asset but is not required
- Experience with insurance company portals would be an asset but is not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: To be negotiated based on education, experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
