Responsibilities:

- Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support the budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and partners to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in human resources functions, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration roles, preferably in a media or creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, financial analysis, and budgeting principles
- Familiarity with payroll processing and relevant regulations
- Experience in financial auditing is a plus

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

**Salary**: $38,239.49 per year
