Business Operations Coordinator

Xentek is seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who can provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls and emails, as well as providing customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Schedule travel arrangements and make reservations as necessary.
- Degree equivalent to high school graduation certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Paid health benefits plan.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language working environment.
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
