**What does our Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist do?**

Accounts Receivable Specialists will perform the daily data entry of cash payments, credit card processing and EFT payments. Responsibilities include the processing of EFT payments generated from 3 party websites and verifying remittance information back to EFT bank payments. This role also involves completing research and auditing of customer payments as well as the daily reconciliation of bank deposits with customer payments.
- Analysis and reconciliation of payments received from customers
- Process EFT payments tying remittance information back to JPM Access reports of EFT
- Create daily cash posting reconciliation
- Process credit card on-line payments and reconcile daily
- Answer client payment and other AR questions accurately
- Perform A/R Analysis
- Complete general clerical duties as assigned
- Work as a team with various colleagues and departments

**What do you need?**
- Associates degree preferred, basic accounting knowledge required
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable/accounting/customer service experience
- Fully Bilingual in English and French communication
- Must have proven experience and the ability to work well with multiple ERP systems with very little supervision
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed

Les spécialistes des comptes clients effectueront la saisie quotidienne des données relatives aux paiements en espèces, au traitement des cartes de crédit et aux paiements VEF. Les responsabilités comprennent le traitement des paiements VEF générés à partir de sites web tiers et la vérification des informations de remise aux paiements bancaires VEF. Ce poste implique également la réalisation de recherches et d’audits sur les paiements des clients ainsi que le rapprochement quotidien des dépôts bancaires avec les paiements des clients.
- Analyse et réconciliation des paiements reçus des clients
- Traitement des paiements par VEF en rattachant les informations de règlement aux rapports des VEF de JPM Access
- Création de réconciliations quotidiennes des encaissements
- Traitement des paiements par carte de crédit en ligne et réconciliation quotidienne
- Répondre avec précision aux questions des clients concernant les paiements et autres éléments de comptes clients.
- Effectuer une analyse des comptes clients
- Effectuer les tâches administratives générales assignées
- Travailler en équipe avec divers collègues et départements

**De quoi avez-vous besoin?**
- Un DEC technique de préférence, des connaissances de base en comptabilité sont requises
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptes clients/comptabilité/service client
- Maîtrise complète de la communication en anglais et en français
- Expérience prouvée et capacité à travailler efficacement avec plusieurs systèmes ERP avec très peu de supervision
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément
- Grande attention aux détails et volonté d’apprendre
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et gestion du temps
- Capacité à passer avec succès une vérification des antécédents avant l’embauche
- Disponible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi et le samedi si nécessaire

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.95-$27.68 per hour
