We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a team in King City on an 8-month contract with strong potential for extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in preparing invoices, managing clients, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Exceptional communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions are a must, along with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Clerk role located in King City, your responsibilities will include:
-Billing and Invoicing: Preparing and issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers.
-Payment Processing: Recording and applying payments received from clients while ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
-Accounts Reconciliation: Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to confirm all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
-Customer Communication: Professionally responding to customer inquiries about billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account statuses in a timely manner.
-Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including accounts receivable aging reports and collections updates.

Qualifications
-At least 1 year of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience.
-Familiarity with major ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAP is a valuable asset.
-Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
-Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
