**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate data in HRIS systems such as In Deltek.
- Strong knowledge of US & Canada HR rules & legislation. Must be certified CHRP
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
- Collect and analyze employee data to support HR initiatives and project management efforts.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies or procedures.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in human resources or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Oracle, or Kronos is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and related compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.

Pay: $58,473.00-$70,000.00 per year
