Position : Reception & Administrative Clerk
Salary Range: $18 - $20 Per Hour

- Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities *
Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
General clerical duties
Handle requests for order processing and enter information in order system
Provide administrative support to management
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Maintain office supplies inventory
Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Daily hours: 9am - 5pm

Key Skills and Competencies
Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone
Communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change

- Education and Experience _
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years' administrative experience
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
