A Professional and excellent communicator; with strong administrative skills and ability to comfortably interact with individual at all levels. The skill set to handle a variety of clerical task.

**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing information based on the needs when required
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Setting up board-room for meetings (calling for catering, coffee/treats and ensuring agendas are in place)
- Arranging for courier and mail pick up
- Ordering office supplies
- Able to make judgement calls and problem-solve if an emergency situation arises
- Deliver a customer experience that drives first call resolution
- Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to details and working with multiple department personnel
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Highly organize, with the ability to priorities and work under pressure
- Other Administrative duties as assigned
**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective and solid communicator
- Professional
- Team player with excellent organizational and multi task ability

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$54,321.79 per year
