Real estate marketing starts from initial conceptualization of a brand, name, and identity, and is followed by the development and execution of a full marketing program and its creative deliverables. The Account Manager will be primarily focused on bringing brands to life by developing and executing innovative go-to-market strategies and execution elements required to bring projects to market on time and on budget.You're passionate about real estate and excited to contribute to Toronto's ever-evolving skyline. You'll play a key role in generating excitement about new projects coming to market and help build the bridge between consumers and real estate developments.This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of Toronto's most prominent developers, architectural and interior design firms, sales and marketing professionals, and branding and design experts in bringing brands and buildings to life. The Account Manager, Real Estate Marketing (AM) position reports directly to the Account Director, Real Estate Marketing and is a day-to-day lead on accounts and the main point of contact for mid to high profile clients. The AM will support on all processes involved in the branding development, and independently lead go to market project launches including all required creative asset development (design/copywriting) for all campaign execution assets, production, advertising required for launching new development projects. This includes, but is not limited to, residential, retail, commercial and corporate rebrands. The AM may at times support the leadership team on larger, more complex strategic exercises, and will take lead on mid-scale to larger projects and clients, with strategic guidance from the Account Director, Real Estate Marketing. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managerial Duties:

- Lead and act as the main point of contact on mid to high-scale projects, with strategic guidance from the Account Director, Real Estate Marketing. Review, proofread and manage creative at every stage while ensuring adherence to brand strategy, brand guidelines while remaining on brief, on time, and on budget. Get big ticket creative deliverables (i.e. brochures, websites, sales office merchandising plans, etc.) approved by the Account Director prior to client presentation. Speak confidently about current news, topics, trends, and events (with an emphasis on the real estate sector) - and, more importantly, associate relevancy and 'connect the dots' to the client's product/service and current or future projects. Take active ownership and accountability on all activities. Act as the last line of review for all their work developed by the agency prior to delivering to client, ensuring all deliverables meet a standard of excellence. Works with Account Director or Vice President, Real Estate Marketing to monitor and own the financial health of assigned accounts on WorkBook. Lead weekly or biweekly client meetings with fulsome account status reports to the standard set by Community.Client Relations:

- Main point of contact for approximately four active assigned accounts. Cultivate existing client relationships and grow them into larger opportunities. Leverage these opportunities to sell new products and services where possible. Support the Vice President and creative team in research and development of new brands and new go to market strategies. Manage client expectations and exceed satisfaction by delivering innovative, high-quality work and solutions according to client needs and objectives. Brainstorm innovative go-to-market ideas in real time with clients and recommend new approaches that can help them reach their goals in an ever-changing real estate market. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving process.Project Management:

- Identify and problem-solve program challenges and advise the direct manager and client of any risks, delays, or changes. Collaborate with Account Director/Strategist and Design Director to formulate strategic new brand briefs, brand upfront research slides, strategic go to market plans and innovative execution idea
