**Hourly Rate of $18.25/hr**

**Seasonal (December-march)Part Time (4-6 Hour Shifts)**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

The Validation Attendant greets guests at the Ski Lift Line to ensure they are utilizing the correct access product such as seasons passes or lift tickets and educating the guest about thesupport and guidance correct access products.
- Check Guest's access passes at lift lines and other access locations that use RFID gates and scanners
- Interact with guests - engage, approach, introduce yourself and initiate conversation. Explain each attraction and communicate the individual restrictions and age requirements
- Help move and support flow of guests at specific validation pinch points
- Share passion and knowledge of Blue Mountain and help orient guests to the Mountain
- Provide assistance for guests who may need support having their passes scanned
- Opportunity of Skiing/Snowboarding between locations while checking passes at each access point.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve as well as manage challenging situations.
- Team orientated with an energetic, friendly, cheerful, and animated demeanor.
- Ski/Snowboard skills is an asset
